IMPLEMENTATION OF KPI SYSTEM


UzLITI Engineering is implementing Key Performance Indicator (KPI). The new system will ensure compliance of professional, educational and personal level of employees with production tasks and social and economic mission of the company.


UzLITI Engineering is a leading engineering company that develops large-scale projects for various industries. To achieve strategic objectives, the company hires qualified specialists, adopts the advanced software and the most effective forms of workplace interactions. In this regard, the level of employees' professional competences and their awareness of the goals and tasks the team is set with, has a key importance.

Employee performance appraisal summarizes employee's job performance at all levels and overall contribution to a company, it is a comprehensive point-factor assessment of employee’s competencies and performance for a certain period of time. The system is based on Key Performance Indicator (KPI) - parameter that demonstrates how effective current activities and tasks are, and on weight factor – parameter that indicates the indicator value for the company.


The KPI is reflected in the employee’s profile in the ERP system. On a monthly basis, responsible persons fill in the profiles of their subordinates based on certain weight factors considering their performance, initiative and independence, versatility and multitasking, discipline and absence of complaints from the management. Notably, each specialist can see the results and leave comments.


It is worth noting that this system will involve all rank employees including managers at all levels. Following the evaluation, the results will be submitted to the HR Department for the next follow-up.
