A psycology training session conducted


One of the key priorities for UzLITI Engineering has always been the maintenance of favorable conditions for efficient work and personal growth of employees. As part of that effort, we conducted a training named “Conflict management. Ways of resolving and overcoming conflicts”.


15 employees took part in the campaign organized by the engineering company in cooperation with the international educational center of practical psychology New WAY. Experienced trainer and psychologist Elena Khushvakova spoke in front of the audience and told about the root causes of conflict situations, both of personal and impersonal nature, and presented various ways to overcome them. As part of the practical training, testing was conducted.


“The session was informative and interactive," said Mirgani Abdullaev, Head of the Department of Administrative and Organizational Issues. “The trainer managed to succinctly present a rather broad topic, fitting it into an hour and a half lecture. I learned several techniques how to resolve conflicts at work and how to prevent them. The participants were very interested in the psychological self-identification tests aimed at the analysis and correction of personal actions and behavior.”


At the end of the event a debriefing of the test results was held. Elena Maratovna thoroughly explained all details leaving the audience satisfied with the acquired knowledge and skills for conflict resolution.
