CAREER PROJECT - GIVING YOUTH A BETTER START


Recruiting and staffing is always in the focus of UzLITI Engineering. Currently, the company is implementing the Career Project aimed at searching for young promising specialists among the graduates from local top universities.


“This project is aimed primarily at young people who would like to develop their skills, work in the field they chosen and gain invaluable international experience”, said Shakhnoza Umarova, Lead Specialist for Personnel Training and Development. “The Career Project has started in March this year. Since then, we have held Open Doors Days eight times, and they were attended by students from Tashkent State Technical University, the Branch of Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas in Tashkent, Tashkent Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering and Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers”. 


On December 18, another Open Doors Day was held, which was attended by twelve the 3rd year students of the Branch of Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas in Tashkent.


“A presentation on the company's activities was organized for us," shared his impressions Jakhongir Kurbanbaev, a student of the Oil and Gas Pipeline Design Department. “We learned what the company's employees are engaged in, what projects they are currently working on, and had a tour around the office. Within the tour, the specialists demonstrated the work of design engineers, told us about the programs they use and career prospects. The information provided was very informative and educative, and the upcoming internship in UzLITI Engineering will allow to feel the reality of working in a large engineering organization”. 


It should be noted that the project is really effective and since March and up to now 54 specialists have already become members of the international team of UzLITI Engineering. 


No doubt, the Career Project will be a successful start of professional career for the most ambitious, capable and talented students!
