UzLITI Engineering pays great attention to the professional development of its personnel. The company conducts various training courses, which help employees to acquire new essential knowledge and achieve best results in their profession.
Twenty-one specialists from the Low Current Systems Department of the Engineering center have recently completed a training course on Autodesk Revit Software, which is one of the state-of-the-art and convenient tools for architectural design. This product allows using the function of computer-aided design, implementing the principle of building information modelling. The software allows creating building models in three-dimensional view, creating user-defined objects, collaborating on projects and performing many other tasks.
“Revit database can contain information about the project at various stages of the building lifecycle," said Maksim Alekseev, CAD manager of BIM Design Department. “Mastering this product allows employees to achieve the higher level of project development, which implies closer cooperation between all specialists involved in the development of design documentation. This helps to reduce the timeframe for engineering and minimize the number of errors caused by the lack of alignment between different disciplines.”
The training course lasted for a month and a half with one training session per week. At the end of the course, seven trainees were awarded corporate certificates on the successful completion of the training.
