The capital's Hyatt Hotel recently hosted the EMBRAS Award 2023 for Excellence in HR as part of the sixth EMBRAS 2023 International Employer Brand Summit. The event held under the motto "People as a strategic asset for business development" was attended by HR specialists, CEOs and top managers from Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Russia. There were seven nominations in total, and the winners and prize-winners were determined by a representative jury consisting of not only HR specialists, but also company executives and public figures.
UzLITI Engineering participated in three nominations of this international representative forum and was awarded in two of them. The second place in the category "Good Deeds" was awarded to the charitable project "You will start good deeds!" dedicated to the charitable activities of the engineering company held jointly with the PR Department of Enter Engineering Group of Companies, within which our employees helped families in need, children with disabilities and donated blood. The award for the third place in the nomination "Innovations" was given to our ERP System designed to optimize and improve business processes. The company also participated in the nomination "Open Dialogue" presenting project “ Peoples' Friendship – Tight-knit Engineering Community”. The summit was preceded by thorough preparation - filling out applications, making presentations and videos.
The result of participation of UzLITI Engineering in the summit looks even more significant considering the fact that the company competed with the largest local and foreign companies.
