Development of DD "Construction of a process plant in Navoi region"

The process plant in Navoi region is necessary to increase the concentration of P205, remove water-soluble chlorides from phosphorite ore in order to obtain raw materials for Samarkand chemical plant. The annual capacity of Process Plant for ore is 2 million tons. The raw product used for production of clean products is low-grade phosphate rock. The design is carried out using the most modern solutions: BIM modeling, strength and hydraulic calculations using the finite element method.

  1. Open-type ore storage (receiving hopper, feed unit)
  2. Flushing section with a capacity of 2 lines, 125 t/h each, consisting of the following stages and facilities:
    1. Disintegration (Trommel rotary screen)
    2. Wet Screening (Vibration Screen)
    3. Desludging (Hydrocyclones)
    4. Grinding (Mill)
    5. Filtration (Vacuum filter)
  3. Drying section (Drum dryers)
  4. Unit for thickening and pumping sludge with a unit for preparing and dosing flocculant (Thickener)
  5. Compressor plant with receivers for flanges
  6. Out of balance ore bin +5 mm
  7. Out of balance ore stockpile +5 mm
  8. Stockpile of finished goods at the Process Plant with unloading into tank trucks
  9. Stockpile of clean concentrate with return unloading to the drying line
  10. Stockpile of finished goods at Tashkura station with unloading into railroad cars

The process plant project will create about 500 new work places following startup.
