An important area of activity of UzLITI Engineering is the training of future qualified specialists. This is a long-term pursuit, and therefore, it has to be planned systematically and shall cover various aspects. Among the planned activities are signing memoranda of cooperation with specialized universities, introducing students to the company's business, conditions and opportunities for career and personal growth of employees.
As part of the campaign, an Open Doors Day was organized for students of the National Research University - Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers. More than 20 young people visited UzLITI Engineering office, where they learned about the company’s background, its successes, achievements and other useful information. In addition, the Head of the Department of Administrative and Organizational Issues Mirgani Abdullaev gave a tour for the visitors, during which they got acquainted with the working process and saw with their own eyes how projects for the construction of large industrial facilities are developed.
“Visiting the office of such a big company made a great impression on me," said Sherzod Abdurakhmanov, a student. “We were interviewed and shown the work of several departments. I had heard about UzLITI Engineering's projects before and took an interest in its activities. I was rather surprised at the large number of expatriate engineers working there. Such an environment definitely opens up great opportunities for professional and cultural exchange. The event was very informative and useful for me in making up my mind about my future place of employment.”
The company plans to continue with such efforts with the purpose of establishing a talent pool of young local professionals.
