Duties
Adaptation of FEED and detailed engineering completed by a foreign company. Receiving, analyzing and making comments on technical documentation. Development and calculation of flow diagrams (PFD’s/PID’s), quantitative and qualitative flowsheets, water-slurry flowsheets and balances. Process design calculations of flotation equipment, hydrocyclones, thickeners, vacuum filters, pulp pumps, chemicals preparation areas etc. Development of Detailed Design based on the Terms of reference/FEED prepared by a foreign company, space planning solutions on the plant/shop/area. Development of data sheets for equipment, preparation of explanatory notes. Issue of assignments to related disciplines, coordination of the work. Ensuring the compliance of developed documents to technical standards. Checking for any clashes and obtaining approvals for the completed documents from related disciplines and contractors (including BIM). Review of equipment vendor documentation.

Requirements
- Work experience from
3-5 years (lead specialist), from 6 years (chief specialist). - Language skills:
- Russian — fluent;
- English — upper intermediate (both oral and written).
