Responsibilities
- Development of the mechanical part of the projects for the following types of equipment:
- columns;
- vessels;
- tanks;
- heat exchangers;
- other (other pressurized vessels included in complex installations, skids).
- Development of general requirements (Specification) for equipment.
- Material selection and development of Material Selection Diagram.
- Mechanical (strength) calculations of equipment.
- 3D modelling of mechanical equipment.
- Development of documentation for the possibility of preparing procurement documentation:
- mechanical questionnaires;
- material requisition;
- equipment engineering drawings;
- Analysis and evaluation of the technical part of tender proposals (Technical Bid Evaluation).
- Review and approval of Vendor’s Documentation.
- Possession of the regulatory framework of the CIS countries and international (ASME Sec.VIII Div.1, 2, TEMA “Standard of Tubular Exchangers Manufacturesrs Association”, API 660 etc.).
- Organization and conduct of technical training for employees.
Requirements
- Work experience from
5-7 years (Senior Engineer), from 10 years (Lead Engineer). - Language skills:
- Russian — fluent;
- English — upper intermediate (both spoken and written).
