CONSTRUCTION OF VI AND VII PROCESS TRAINS OF SWEET GAS PLANT (SOU) FOR “UCHKYR” FACILITY
Planned activity - "Construction of VI and VII process trains of sweet gas plant (SOU) for “Uchkyr” field will be carried out in Karakul district of Bukhara region of the Republic of Uzbekistan. 46 km west of Gazli.
FURTHER DEVELOPMENT OF “SAMANTEPE” FIELD WITH BCS ENHANCEMENT AT “SOUTHERN URTABULAK” FIELD
BCS is designed for treatment and transportation of gas to Mubarek CPF during enhanced recovery efforts under formation energy depletion conditions in order to maintain the high sulfurous gas transportation pressure.
The unit is designed for disposal of harmful sulfurous emissions into the atmosphere during sulphur production at Mubarek CPF, located in the Mubarek district of Kashkadarya region. The construction is necessitated due to increase of the hydrogen sulphide content in acid gases from 48.0 % to 55.0 % and increase of gas volumes that are supplied to sulphur recovery unit of Mubarek CPF.
BCS is designed to maintain pressure of the feed gas coming from the Uchkyr field, the Dayakhatynskaya and the Kumlinskaya group of fields during higher recovery under formation energy depletion conditions in order to ensure processing and further transportation of the gas.
Construction of BCS inlet and outlet headers for operating pressure 5.0-5.5 MPa ensures connection of raw gas gathering systems to BCS inlet tie-in point, as well as BCS outlet to the designed propane-butane unit at the Uchkyr field.
The project has been developed jointly with Halliburton, one of the world's largest companies providing services in the oil and gas industry. Scientific development results and well drilling experience of the leading foreign companies have been used for project development. The design solutions have been developed using modern Landmark software.
The project’s feasibility study provides for complete modernization of above- and underground part of the field including increase of development wells stock for IX horizon by constructing wells with horizontal completion, increase of development wells stock for X-XIII horizons to renew gas production and increase oil production from the field’s oil rims. Modernization of the aboveground part includes construction of new production facilities for gas compression, gas gathering, gas treatment and field transfer.
BCS-5 Shop A is designed for transfer of gas supplied from the Kandym CPF for export in order to replace the existing compressor shop with outmoded units.
The “Mustakillikning 25-yilligi” field is notable for complex geological factors for well construction.
Low temperature separation units are designed for gas treatment and dehydration ensuring moisture and hydrocarbon dew point of gas from Arslan, Inom, Arzu and upside Aydosbiy field. Gas treatment shall comply with the requirements of O’zDSt 948:2016 “Natural gases supplied to main pipelines. Specifications”. Gas condensate obtained during gas treatment process shall comply with the requirements of O’zDSt 2978:2015 “Stable gas condensate. Specifications”.
Gas capacity of Chandyr, Kalandar, Divalkak, West Kokchi and Gavana (Chandyr group) fields is 1260.0 mln.cub.m/year, in particular
The design aims to increase the hydrocarbon production at Akchalak group of fields.
The packaged compressor unit Garbi is designed for compression of sweet gas from poor wells in depleted fields with low formation pressure in order to transfer it further on with boosting pressure of 3.0 MPa
The group DD provides for construction of wells at super-deep Gumkhan field (producing depth is 5000-6000 m). Advanced technical and process design details accounting for well drilling in HTHP conditions were used during design works. These design details are based on and justified by engineering calculations on advanced software, accumulated deep production and scientific experience, as well as foreign experience of the “Weatherford” company included in Big Four oilfield service companied in the world.
PDP provides for introduction of advanced technical and process design details for full development of fields including the experimental-industrial production stage with average annual rate of natural gas recovery comprising 3.5% of initial inventory per year. Gas recovery rate in Kokchalak field may comprise 82.6% in case of implementation of design details, in Karachalak - 89.8%, and in West Barsakelmes - 97.9%.
The feasibility study provides for introduction of advanced technical and process design details aimed at increase of oil production from producing XV, XVI, XVII horizons of the field.
